Application Analyst

A company is looking for an Application Analyst to support the EZ Call platform in healthcare operations. Key Responsibilities Configure, modify, test, and troubleshoot programs / software while analyzing user data to optimize performance Participate in IT workflow processes, translating business requirements into system specifications and testing code before release Provide ongoing operational support, resolve escalated issues, and assist in implementation planning for application requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and related work experience 3 years of IT application experience If supporting Epic, certification in core applications is required within six months of employment
