About The Job

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Planning team as a Replenishment Planning Analyst. This position will report to the Replenishment Planner and is focused on supporting a cross-functional team across all Divisions within the Organization in achieving company goals through a growing replenishment inventory assortment. Candidate should be excited about learning the replenishment tools and building new skills. Some retail experience and a strong math acumen preferred.

What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities :

  • Execute timely maintenance on existing replenishment programs to support inventory plans and store service levels.
  • Work with Planners and Buyers to identify and implement new opportunities to grow the replenishment programs business through systems automation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with merchant team to troubleshoot product availability.
  • Order generation that maximizes customer service with minimal inventory, and effort to manage the orders.
  • Review weekly replenishment sales performance with merchant and planning teams against forecast.
  • Analyze current product performance and forward demand weekly in order to recommend action steps to balance adequate on order with meeting inventory goals.
  • Balance omni channel inventory to maximize ecommerce ship to customer opportunities
  • Support merchants and planners by providing reports and ad hoc analysis.

Skills / Abilities / Experience & Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong ability in Microsoft Excel and database applications; including building spreadsheets
  • JDA Replenishment System ability a plus
  • Microstrategy reporting ability a plus
  • Extremely detail oriented and willing to analyze down to the lowest level
  • Ability to work closely with a diverse group of people
  • Physical and Mental Requirements :

  • Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
  • Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis
  • Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment
  • Hours regularly 40 hours per week
