Compensation : $16 - $18 per hour

Selectemp is currently seeking dedicated Landscape Laborers to join our team in Albany. The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in landscaping and a strong work ethic. As a Landscape Laborer, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces, ensuring they are visually appealing and well-maintained.

Responsibilities of Landscape Laborer :

Perform various landscaping tasks, including but not limited to mowing, trimming, planting, watering, and mulching.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
Assist with landscape construction projects, such as installing irrigation systems, retaining walls, and outdoor structures.
Follow safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Work effectively as part of a team to complete projects within specified deadlines.
Communicate with supervisors and clients to understand project requirements and expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.

Requirements for Landscape Laborer :

Minimum of six months of experience in landscaping or related field.

Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques, equipment, and materials.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and kneeling, for extended periods.

Strong work ethic and willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Basic understanding of safety procedures and protocols.
