We are seeking someone who is reliable with a passion for working with children to join us as an Assistant Infant Teacher. As an Assistant Infant Teacher, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, well-being, and development of the children in your care. Duties :

Engage children in age-appropriate activities, such as games, crafts, and educational play
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children
Prepare meals and snacks for children
Assist with personal hygiene tasks, such as bathing and dressing
Administer medication or follow specific medical instructions, if necessary
Maintain open and effective communication with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
Ensure children adhere to established routines and schedules
Provide transportation to and from school, extracurricular activities, or appointments, if required
Perform light housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as tidying up play areas and washing dishes

Skills :

Experience working with children of all ages

Experience working with children at the same time. ( ages range from infant- school age.) Experience with children with special needs ( non-verbal / autism spectrum)

Knowledge of toddler care, infant care, and nannying best practices

First aid and CPR certification preferred

Ability to educate and engage children through age-appropriate activities

Strong understanding of childcare principles and practices

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively

Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
