Territory Sales Manager Overview :
Responsible for full sales management across a designated territory, including oversight of Eberspaecher / Kalori Master Service Dealers (MSDs), Truck OE Dealers, fleet customers, and other emerging opportunities. Segments include off-road, heavy-duty truck, vocational / work truck, small bus, marine, RV, and more—excluding those managed by dedicated segment managers.

UT, AZ, NV, CA, OR, WA (subject to change)
Territory Sales Manager Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute an annual regional business plan and quarterly reviews.
Drive revenue across all distribution channels including MSDs, Truck OE Dealers, Thermo King Dealers, and other assigned accounts.
Identify and onboard new MSDs and sub-dealers; provide sales and parts training to new and existing partners.
Identify new sales opportunities and direct them through appropriate channels.
Attend trade shows, customer events, and corporate meetings to promote products and build relationships.
Maintain detailed records of customer visits, leads, opportunities, and outcomes in CRM. Submit weekly itineraries and activity reports to the Director of Sales.
Collaborate with MSDs to develop annual sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets.
Travel extensively (up to 75%) within the territory. Manage travel and promotional expenses responsibly.
Adhere to health and safety standards, wear PPE as required, and support environmental policies and recycling initiatives.
