This Community Medical Center in Eastern Oregon is looking for a Long Term Acute Care RN Director to lead a dedicated team providing essential care to a long-term patient population. The Long Term Acute Care RN Director reports to the facility Administrator and is responsible for the nursing team, including RCM, RA, and Activities. This position also works closely with Human Resources, ancillary departments, and department leaders to ensure staff development, policy alignment, and smooth daily operations.

The Long Term Acute Care RN Director will oversee a focused, well-rounded unit with a collaborative nursing team and experienced clinical support. This position involves both clinical and administrative leadership. The LTAC Nurse Director will guide nursing education, staff development, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness.
