The Long Term Acute Care RN Director reports to the facility Administrator and is responsible for the nursing team, including RCM, RA, and Activities. This position also works closely with Human Resources, ancillary departments, and department leaders to ensure staff development, policy alignment, and smooth daily operations.

The Long Term Acute Care RN Director will oversee a focused, well-rounded unit with a collaborative nursing team and experienced clinical support.
