GDC3 Consulting is looking for a skilled Project Manager to help deliver winning strategies for right-of-center campaigns across Texas and the nation.

This role blends big-picture strategy with on-the-ground execution, giving you a front-row seat to high-impact races in a fast-paced, high-stakes political environment.

The ideal candidate is politically savvy, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities while efficiently handling tasks such as mailer production and client-facing responsibilities.

Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Partner with senior leadership to design and execute political and digital campaign strategies, from concept to delivery Develop and oversee campaign budgets, timelines, and KPIs to ensure strategic alignment and efficient resource use Execution & Coordination Manage production of campaign materials, including direct mail, digital assets, and vendor deliverables Coordinate with creative teams, vendors, and partners to maintain quality and timeliness Maintain project trackers, ensuring accountability and transparency across teams Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring needs are met and expectations managed Train and guide staff on client communication and project workflows Operational Support Handle scheduling, logistics, and correspondence to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in political campaigns, issue advocacy, or political consulting (Texas campaign experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns or projects under tight deadlines Experience managing direct mail and / or paid digital programs from planning to deployment Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) Politically savvy, with a deep understanding of campaign dynamics and the Texas political landscape Highly organized and efficient, capable of completing tasks quickly and accurately Comfortable floating between tasks and adapting to current priorities and needs Benefits Unlimited PTO and flexible scheduling during non-peak campaign periods Healthcare reimbursement program Opportunities to work on high-profile campaigns with measurable political impact Career growth through mentorship, industry connections, and exposure to multiple campaign disciplines Powered by JazzHR
