About One Behavioral :

  • One Behavioral is expanding its outpatient behavioral health services by launching a new Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program at our Friendswood, TX location.
  • We are looking for dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals diagnosed with autism and other developmental disorders under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Job Summary :

  • As an RBT at One Behavioral , you will work directly with clients in an outpatient clinic setting , implementing individualized ABA treatment plans to help improve their communication, social, and daily living skills.
  • Responsibilities :

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related disorders.
  • Implement behavior intervention plans designed by the BCBA.
  • Collect accurate data on client progress and report findings to the BCBA.
  • Assist with skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs .
  • Work closely with families and caregivers to support treatment goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and supervision .
  • Requirements :

  • RBT certification (40-hour RBT training, competency assessment, and RBT exam).
  • High school diploma or higher (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related field preferred).
  • Experience working with children, especially those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) .
  • Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in an outpatient clinic setting .
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in an ABA therapy setting .
  • Familiarity with data collection software (e.g., Catalyst, CentralReach).
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
