As a Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimizing performance across our health insurance agency by gathering, analyzing, and reporting key data metrics. This role supports leadership in making data-driven decisions to improve agent productivity, sales conversion rates, lead quality, compliance tracking, and operational efficiency.

The Opportunity

Developing, implementing, and optimizing operational processes to streamline workflow and projects.

Monitoring and evaluating existing processes to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

Building dashboards and reports to support sales leadership and QA initiatives.

Implementing strategies to enhance Sales, CSR, QA operations to ensure prompt and efficient handling of inquiries and concerns.

Implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of insurance documentation.

Analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Preparing regular reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and operational metrics in a timely manner.

Working closely with operations, sales, and QA teams to identify and close performance gaps.

Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and industry best practices to mitigate any potential operating costs.

Collaborating with the IT Department to evaluate and implement technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Ensuring adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards.

Supporting any ad hoc projects to enhance operational efficiency.

What you bring to the table

You have a bachelors degree in Data Analytics / Business Administration or similar, with progressive experience as a Data Analyst within an Operations function.

You have a strong analytical mindset with experience in call center or health insurance operations.

You are a demonstrated expert in Excel / Google Suite (including advanced functions, pivot tables, visualization, and report generation) and are able to pull reports and analyze data from any database or reporting software.

You are familiar with call center software, such as Verint, Five9, and Leads Bunker for reporting.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations.

You have efficient verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to stakeholders at all levels and break down complex concepts to others.

Location & Hours

Our office is located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. We are looking for someone that can commute to our office daily.

Typical hours of operation will be from 9 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday. Possible extended hours during enrollment period.

Compensation

Salary Range : $60k-70k USD annually
