A company is looking for a Sales Consultant. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, wholesalers, and key stakeholders Act as a technical resource to educate partners on retirement plan design and compliance Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth within the assigned territory Required Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years in retirement plan sales, TPA services, or related financial services Strong understanding of plan design, compliance testing, and regulatory requirements Established network of financial advisors and wholesalers within the territory Comfortable navigating consultative sales cycles and positioning value beyond price Highly motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
