The Heritage Building Maintenance Director of Operations is responsible for supporting the oversight of daily janitorial operations for the night shift operations. In addition to managing staff and ensuring work orders from clients and standard janitorial duties in multiple buildings are complete each night, the Director of Operations is expected to supervise all 2nd shift operations managers and provide adequate training and support to operations teams.
Quality customer service and a proven eye for detail must be always provided, and willingness / ability to be trained on and demonstrate to others approved cleaning techniques is essential.
Traditional Schedule will be 3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm Monday through Friday; however, schedule needs to be flexible for meetings, start-ups, and interviews.

The work is performed in an office setting with a wide variety of people with differing functions, personalities, and abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

ADDITIONAL DETAILS :
Direct Deposit Pay every other Friday. Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance and 401K with a company match available for full time employees working 30+ hours per week. Paid Holidays after 90 days for full time employees working 30+ hours per week. PTO accumulation for full time employees working 30+ hours per week.
