Position : CNC Machine Tool Field Service Technician / Engineer

Shift : Day Shift (8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday)

Compensation : $35–$55 per hour

Travel : Some travel is required

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Tool Field Service Technician / Engineer to provide expert technical support, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of advanced equipment and systems at customer sites. This specialized field role demands a high level of technical proficiency, independence, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage complex technical challenges with minimal supervision. Responsibilities include ensuring proper installation, calibration, and ongoing maintenance of CNC machines and related equipment while working closely with customers to ensure performance meets industry standards and specific client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of CNC machine tools and associated systems at customer locations

Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, and control system issues

Provide technical guidance and training to customers on equipment usage and maintenance

Maintain detailed service records and documentation in accordance with company standards

Collaborate with internal teams to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Travel as required to support customer needs and service demands
