Key Responsibilities : Provide guidance to managers and employees on counseling, performance management, and policy interpretation Administer employee leave programs and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Support investigations related to employee misconduct and assist in developing training content Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field Two years of experience in Human Resources Experience in employee relations and leave compliance preferred Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and related employment laws Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
