The Ancillary EDI Implementation Lead will provide end-to-end lifecycle service support for clients with Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH) accounts, including FSA, HRA, HSA, and COBRA products. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical expertise in EDI file setups, and experience in healthcare or benefits administration.

The Ancillary EDI Implementation Lead will serve as a key resource for enrollment and claims teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across internal and external processes. Experience with the Alegeus Platform is strongly preferred but not required. Candidates with experience building and renewing client plans on CDH administration platforms will be well-suited for this position.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead client support during new implementations.
  • Oversee EDI file setup, implementation, and data reconciliation.
  • Provide detailed analysis, reporting, and support on client data.
  • Review and enhance EDI processes to improve submission rates and overall quality.
  • Partner with enrollment and claims teams to optimize workflows and user experience.
  • Manage additional projects and assignments as directed by management.
  • Bachelor’s degree or 4–6 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
  • 4–6 years of prior experience in a healthcare or benefits administration setting.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to solve complex issues.
  • Hands-on experience with EDI file processing (X12 or flat files).
  • Self-starter and critical thinker, able to work with minimal direction.

Preferred Experience :

  • Experience with Alegeus Platform or other CDH administration systems.

  • Hybrid or remote work availability may be offered based on meeting key performance metrics.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting may be required.
  • Regular use of a computer, keyboard, and mouse is necessary; reasonable accommodations will be provided upon request.
  • Employees should ensure an ergonomically appropriate desk and chair setup.
  • Comfort with being on camera for virtual meetings (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
