Position Overview

We are seeking energetic Event Set Up crew members to help transform spaces into immersive, visually stunning environments for a seasonal celebration in West Tulsa. From hanging banners and arranging props to setting up lighting and décor, the Event Set Up team will play a key role in creating unforgettable experiences for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and install decorations according to design plans.
• Safely transport and handle décor materials and props .
• Assist with lighting, signage, and table arrangements .
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace during setup and teardown.
• Work closely with event coordinators and fellow crew members .
• Ensure all décor meets safety and aesthetic standards .
