Reefer Trailer Repair Technician Instructor

Job Description

Lincoln Tech seeks experienced Reefer Trailer Repair technicians with exceptional mentorship and training skills in the Savannah, GA area. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Welding, Generator repair, Chassis / Container / Reefer repair, and Refrigeration unit service / repair. In this role, you will be responsible for providing hands-on guidance and mentorship to other team members, ensuring they reach the highest level of proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Utilize approved course materials and teaching methods.
• Communicate and enforce school policies; advise students on attendance, grades, and discipline.
• Maintain containers and chassis to safety standards.
• Provide mentorship and training to team members.
• Facilitate student-centered learning and deliver objectives.
• Adhere to compliance with teaching methods and materials.
• Enforce policies, advise on academics, and maintain records.
• Develop learning aids and assessments; enrich teaching with personal experience.
• Collaborate with departments to support goals.
• Motivate students with professionalism and adjust to their learning styles.
• Keep accurate records of attendance and grades, and address management concerns.
• Offer academic support, tutoring, and skills enhancement.
• Assist in developing learning aids and assessments.
• Participate actively with WFL and partner departments to support goals.
• Demonstrate professionalism and sensitivity to motivate students.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000 / yearly
