A company is looking for a Telecom Scheduler to coordinate and schedule service requests across multiple service lines and states. Key Responsibilities Partner with dispatch teams, field managers, and technicians to assign resources to jobs efficiently Manage and update job statuses in real time using a cloud-based system Contribute to continuous improvements in scheduling and service delivery processes Required Qualifications Customer service or scheduling experience preferred Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to handle various tasks Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
