A full-time Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 school located in Benicia, CA. This contract role is ideal for professionals with experience working in school settings and a passion for supporting students' speech and language development.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support the Speech Language Pathologist in delivering individualized therapy services to students across K-12 grades.
  • Assist with assessment preparation, data collection, and progress monitoring for varied caseloads.
  • Implement speech and language intervention plans under the supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other school staff to enhance student communication skills and educational success.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) certification / licensure.
  • Prior experience working in an educational setting, preferably K-12.
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload with a range of speech and language needs.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
