Portfolio Management : Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple luxury communities. Manage a range of stunning properties from chic urban buildings to peaceful suburban communities.Team Leadership : Inspire and lead a team of property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff to deliver exceptional service to our residents.Financial Management : Take ownership of budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control measures to optimize property performance.Tenant Relations : Cultivate positive relationships with residents through effective communication, conflict resolution, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.Market Analysis : Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct regular market analyses to make strategic recommendations for property improvements and leasing strategies.Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of property management experience, with a proven track record of success and loyalty.Experience in Yardi Voyager a plus.Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and mentor a high-performing team.Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.In-depth knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.Proven financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.No Third Parties / Owner Manage
