1st Shift Production Associate
Location : Hartland, WI
Pay Rate : $19.00 - $22.00 / hour
Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM (Overtime may be available but is not required)

Are you detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to join a dynamic production team? We're looking for a 1st Shift Production Associate to contribute to our operations in Hartland, WI. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay and a consistent schedule.
Job Description
As a Production Associate, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our product quality and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include :
- Reviewing product labeling to ensure allergen listing and accuracy before production begins.
- Monitoring product packaging for precise code dates and overall quality.
- Verifying case packing for quality and barcode accuracy.
- Packing cases and efficiently stacking pallets .
- Moving pallets of supplies, ingredients, and finished products using a pallet jack.
- Monitoring ingredient and packaging levels and communicating needs to the purchasing department.
- Inspecting ingredients and packaging for quality, adulteration, or fraud, and reporting concerns to management.
- Accurately and timely completing daily production records.
- Keeping machinery, equipment, and the production room clean and sanitized according to schedules, and documenting all required information.
- Maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing work requirements.
Qualifications
Food processing experience is a plus, but not required.Ability to work with food allergens and cleaning chemicals safely.Ability to speak, read, and comprehend English.Possess strong reading and writing skills.Capable of performing operational / manufacturing functions to ensure process viability.Ability to operate various tools and equipment , including barcode scanners, computers, and pallet jacks.Possess strong numerical skills , including accurate weighing and the ability to calculate weights and measures precisely.Physical Requirements
This role requires :
Standing for long periods of time.Lifting up to 50 lbs throughout each shift.Bending, reaching, and stretching.Hairnets, beard nets, and gloves will be provided.Closed-toed shoes are required.Ready to contribute to a quality-focused production environment? Apply today
