Salesforce Business Analyst

Position Summary : This role is responsible for the configuration and ongoing system administration of the Salesforce system in support of Customer Care and Contract Management. Primary duties consist of gathering business requirements for system and process enhancements and configuring the Salesforce system to meet requirements. This role will partner in the vendor relationship with Salesforce with the goal of staying informed on scheduled system updates and enhancements. Developing training materials and training end users is a key function of this role. This role will assist in establishing processes and best practices for the Customer Care and Contract Management team and identify improvement opportunities. This role will also help to enhance the Contract Management team by mentoring new members of the team, managing content, and taking on special projects as assigned. This role will provide meaningful reports and analysis for Leadership as requested. Major Responsibilities : - Configure Salesforce systems to meet business needs by understanding business processes, interpreting change requests and implementing changes. - Develop custom Salesforce reports and dashboards. - Analyze data and interpret results to present to leadership. - Develop training materials and coordinate training for both new hires and existing users on Salesforce system upgrades or new software - Partner with other Salesforce Analysts across the company and stay current with overall Salesforce enhancements - Other projects and tasks as assigned. Qualifications : - Bachelors Degree required in Business, IT or other related fields. - Certified Salesforce Administrator preferred - Minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce. - Intermediate knowledge in project management, CRM administration and leverage resources. - Introductory knowledge in content management. - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities. - Adaptability to changing workload - Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job - Willingness to travel as necessary, work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening are required.
