Position : SAP S / 4 Run Report Functional Analyst Assignment Type : 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Location : Charlotte, NC 28217 (Hybrid – Onsite Tues–Thurs) Max Pay Rate : $65 / hr on C2C About the Role Our client, the world’s leading contract foodservice company, is seeking an SAP S / 4 Run Support Functional Analyst for its North America headquarters in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support and enhance SAP S / 4 HANA solutions within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This position is ideal for professionals with cross-functional SAP S / 4 HANA expertise who thrive in troubleshooting, configuration, and functional support activities. Responsibilities Serve as a functional analyst for SAP S / 4 HANA in an SAP Fiori environment. Partner with the business community to support tickets raised for S / 4 HANA, including : Deep analysis, troubleshooting, configuration, functional specification creation, and testing. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration, quality, and performance of SAP deliverables. Support the enhancement, building, and sustainability of new processes, integrations, and workflows. Participate in functional design reviews to ensure compliance with Compass Group design principles and standards. Communicate effectively with business users and developers to resolve issues and deliver solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field. 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP S / 4 HANA functional consultant (configuration and support). Strong cross-functional knowledge of SAP applications in S / 4 HANA. Experience working in an SAP Fiori environment. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, organizational, and planning skills with a focus on follow-through. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; able to engage with diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders. Service-oriented, collaborative approach with strong teamwork abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, SAP Support Portal, and general computer skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Self-starter with a “big-picture” mindset to align support processes with business objectives.
