Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a cross-functional engineering team. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a cross-functional engineering team of 6-10 engineers Collaborate with product managers and designers for delivery planning and roadmap execution Mentor and coach team members to improve team performance and product quality Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager leading multi-disciplinary teams Experience with geographically distributed teams in a hybrid environment Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, particularly in SaaS Experience with cloud providers and building / maintaining SaaS products is a plus
