The IT Service Desk Technician II is a senior-level technologies role that provides advanced technical support, drives problem management, mentors team members, and contributes to the design and implementation of secure and resilient IT systems. This role is a key player in both frontline support and infrastructure project execution. Additionally, the role will act as a key contributor to support the DevOps infrastructure, engaging in implementing changes to automate infrastructure changes, logging and monitoring frameworks, and application tiering to support scalable and reliable system delivery.
Responsibilities Include :
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues across the enterprise.Lead incident response and problem management efforts, ensuring root cause resolution and documentation.Collaborate on enterprise-wide infrastructure initiatives such as call center rollouts, application redesigns, and site upgrades.Manage and secure the lifecycle of hardware and mobile devices (e.g., Intune, Jamf, MDM / RMM tools).Act as a key contributor by supporting and engaging in DevOps-related infrastructure including configuration and optimization of automated infrastructure changes, logging / monitoring systems, and structured approaches to application tiering and lifecycle management.Support and advance security and resilience across systems and processes; champion IT best practices.Mentor and train Tier I technicians, elevating team performance and knowledge.Own and delegate project tasks, ensuring timely delivery of technical objectives.Maintain and update documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials.Provision and support complex systems including Office 365, Exchange Online, Mimecast, and Active Directory.Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, identifying opportunities for automation and improvement.Demonstrate high aptitude, strong initiative, and exceptional customer service in all engagements.Schedule :
Must be able to work Full time, Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-5pm, RemoteMust be able to participate in an on-call rotationMust have advanced IT Service Desk Technician experience- 4 years requiredRequirements :
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or technical training preferred.Minimum of 4 years of Service Desk experience in enterprise environments.Advanced troubleshooting across Windows, iOS, and networking environments.Strong knowledge of ITSM tools, mobile device management, and security standards.Proven ability to mentor others and lead through influence.Ability to manage competing priorities in a collaborative, high-performance culture.Deep commitment to security, operational excellence, and resilient technology delivery .About Us : Soleo Health is an innovative national provider of complex specialty pharmacy and infusion services, administered in the home or at alternate sites of care.
