About the Role The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in client onboarding and transaction processing, with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.

This role ensures accurate and timely handling of client data, supports process improvements, and maintains confidentiality while fostering effective communication with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities Enter, verify, and reconcile client data across systems, including time entry, engagement management, and billing.
Maintain accurate client contract terms, including new client setups and updates.
Manage compensation tables based on terms.
Collaborate with internal teams such as finance and project management to resolve issues and ensure smooth processing.
Respond to client inquiries and provide support on system usage and capabilities.
Identify inefficiencies and contribute to the development and implementation of improved procedures.
Provide training and guidance to clients on system tools and new features.
Assist with sales inquiries, order processing, and product fulfillment requests.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies to minimize risk.
Maintain thorough documentation of processes and client communications.
Monitor and reconcile incoming payments with a strong understanding of cash basis Assist in the implementation and ongoing support of Finance automation tools and systems Triage and manage the Finance department inbox to ensure timely responses and effective task delegation.
Position Qualifications Proficient with Microsoft Office, AR software, and accounting systems (Expensify, Salesforce-Accounting Seed, QuickBooks preferred).
Experience with AirTable or similar workflow / project tracking tools is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. 5+ years of experience in Client Processing and Management or a similar finance role.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and prefer knowledge of cash basis accounting principles.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, delivering accurate work. Work Authorization Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
