Lawn Doctor of Savannah & Beaufort County is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for communication, excellent organization skills, and a drive to help homeowners improve the health and appearance of their lawns.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to build relationships and promote our lawn care services.
  • Effectively explain our service offerings, including fertilization, weed control, mosquito and pest control, aeration, and more.
  • Manage and update new customer contact lists and maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
  • Answer incoming calls as needed and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Follow up with leads, schedule evaluations, and help guide customers through the decision-making process.
  • Collaborate with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

    • Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or phone-based sales.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, data entry).
  • Able to multitask efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • High degree of patience and professionalism when dealing with customers.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed goals.
  • Experience with lawn care or service industry a plus, but not required—training provided.
