A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Process Integration Specialist for Field Service Event Management, you will map and optimize business processes to transition from SAP PD2 to SAP S4Hana. You will document current processes, data, and system interfaces used for planning customer outage events. Collaborating with partners across departments, you will define requirements for future processes, ensuring business continuity and improvement. You will manage project timelines and facilitate communication among team members and external partners.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Map business processes to document data flows and system integrations and dependencies for managing Field Service outage events across multiple IT applications.Collaborate with Field Service District Offices, Central Operations Resource Management, and other multi-functional teams to document current outage processes and identify data quality issues.Improve operational efficiency by simplifying and automating Event Management in Salesforce and SAP.Develop change management strategies and training content for user adoption of new processes and systems.Supervise and solve system integration issues to ensure data flow and business continuity.Facilitate collaborator workshops and training sessions to promote best practices in process optimization and system usage.What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Project Management, or 10 years in a related field experience preferred.Experience in business process management, digital transformation, ERP transformation, process automation and integration.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, , preferred), and ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights.Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile preferred) and tools (, Clarizen, Microsoft Office). Knowledge of integration technologies, such as APIs, ETL tools, and middlewareStrong communication skills with experience in influencing change. Highly motivated and a dedicated problem solver.Working knowledge of Field Service outage planning and execution a plus.Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time.Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
