You will be an important member of the team responsible for global Treasury operations at this highly regarded Fortune 500 company. At Williams-Sonoma, the Treasury team manages, protects, and optimizes the company’s cash. You will be part of a small and dynamic team with opportunities to learn and explore all facets of treasury. This role is based in San Francisco.
About the Role
The Senior Treasury Analyst’s role will support daily treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity forecasting, and bank account administration.This role requires collaboration with internal business partners to ensure accurate treasury reporting, compliance with internal controls, and assisting with treasury projects to optimize cash flow and risk management.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining the company’s daily cash position and cash flow forecast
Manage excess cash and maximize return on investments in compliance with investment policy
Manage bank account structure, authorized signatory records, and online banking services
Administer user access for online banking portals in accordance with the company’s policies
Assist in automating treasury functions and improving internal controls by leveraging Treasury Management System (Kyriba).
Assist with quarterly and annual schedules for audit and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance

The expected starting pay range for this position is $85,000-$90,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
