Senior Contract Manager

A company is looking for a Sr Contract Manager to manage contracts for the sale and distribution of digital and print products. Key Responsibilities Collaborates with the sales team to align contract strategies with business objectives Drafts and negotiates contracts, addendums, and amendments for higher education products and services Identifies potential risks and proposes strategies to mitigate them in contract relationships Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, law, or related fields; Master's preferred A minimum of 7 years of contract management experience Strong understanding of contract construction and intellectual property rights Working knowledge of federal and state data privacy regulations Experience in the publishing, SaaS products, or education industry is a plus
