A company is looking for a HRO Leave Specialist. Key Responsibilities Process incoming communications regarding leaves of absence and provide accurate service Maintain compliance with leave policies and coach employees and managers on processes Assess and track FMLA claims, coordinate leaves, and identify trends for process improvements Required Qualifications A Bachelor's Degree is highly desired Four or more years of experience in absence management and customer service preferred Knowledge of FMLA, state leave regulations, and ADA is required Experience with HR / Payroll systems and Microsoft Office suite is desired Legal right to work in the United States
