Job Description

We are seeking to hire an experienced Construction Project Engineer to join our team! You will be involved from the beginning to end of the construction process, including : pre-planning, bidding, material, equipment management, and document control.

Responsibilities :

  • Generate / distribute documents, and coordinate RFI's and submittals with project teams
  • Manage project documentation to ensure correct and current information is readily available to project team
  • Assist with monitoring and recording construction work schedules
  • Coordinate with clients and construction teams
  • Prepare and monitor equipment and material, reports and job records including daily site walks and safety reporting

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years experience as a construction project engineer
  • Experience coordinating RFI's and Submittals with project teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.), and project management software such as BlueBeam, Adobe, MS Project, and Procore, or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Flexible and detail-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and motivation to accomplish goals
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
