A company is looking for an IT Service Desk Specialist for the 2nd shift. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email Perform remote troubleshooting and determine the best solutions for customer issues Manage the IT portion of new employee training and onboard Endpoint devices Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience working in IT Some experience with Azure / M365 administration Knowledge of computer systems, security, network administration, and VOIP systems Experience with mobile device management using Intune Healthcare industry experience and understanding of Information Security for PII / PHI and HIPAA requirements preferred
