Job Title : Learning Center Manager

Job Type : PT or FT (20-40hrs per week)

Location : On-site; Sunnyvale, CA

Position Overview :

Better Me is hiring a full-time Assistant Center Director to support the launch and daily operations of a new learning center. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, strong in math and English, great with communication, and excited to grow in the education field.

Responsibilities :

  • Support center setup and opening
  • Assist with daily operations and staff coordination
  • Communicate regularly with parents and students
  • Participate in local marketing and outreach events
  • Help with enrollment, assessments, and scheduling

Requirements :

  • Strong math and English skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Highly responsible and detail-oriented
  • Experience working with children is a plus
  • Are able to work 5 days / week, including weekday afternoons and weekends

    • Compensation :

  • Pay Rate : $30 - $40 per hour, based on experience
