Product Manager, Resupply

Position Overview :  We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our Sleep Resupply team. The Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to marketplace availability. The product should meet and exceed customer requirements and be measurable through success outcomes. The Product Manager will monitor the success of the product by using customer feedback and will iterate the product to drive widespread adoption. This role requires the ability to lead and motivate people, encourage teamwork, communicate effectively, and solve complex problems from the industry. This is a highly visible role and a great opportunity for an experienced product manager to influence the execution of Brightree’s Resupply strategy.

Responsibilities :

Manage and prioritize a product roadmap that addresses customer and market needs.

Work with key stakeholders to build out end-to-end innovations that solve customers’ problems.

Write business requirements and design solutions to translate to the product and development team.

Effectively launch features and new offerings to the market, serving as the quarterback with cross-functional teams and helping to ensure adoption across the customer base and market.

Serve as a subject matter expert to internal and external teams to promote product refinement and adoption.

Collaborate with customer support, professional services, development, sales, and marketing teams to sustain strong partnerships to support product lifecycle.

Research and assess market and regulatory needs to proactively identify opportunities to add value and solve complex problems

Proficient in MS Office Tools : SharePoint, MS Power Point, MS Word, and MS Excel

Proficient in product management software (Aha, JIRA)

Preferred Skills / Experience :

Certification in Product Management

Experience launching cloud solutions at an enterprise SaaS company

Experience in the healthcare technology space.

Experience using AI / ML and / or leading AI / ML initiatives.
