A company is looking for a ROI Medical Records Specialist - Remote. Key Responsibilities Process release of information requests, ensuring accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations Perform quality checks on all work and maintain equipment in excellent operating condition Provide excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality of patient information Required Qualifications High School Diploma (GED) required A minimum of 2 years prior experience in a medical records department or similar setting preferred Strong computer software experience, including Microsoft Word and Excel Ability to type 50 wpm and use fax, copier, and scanning machines Must be self-motivated and possess proven customer satisfaction skills
