What You'll Do :
- Prospect property owners, developers, and investors through calls, emails, and social platforms
- Network with high-net-worth individuals in order to create relationships with the goal of setting up introductory meetings
- Schedule and conduct discovery calls, virtual meetings, and in-person pitches with prospects
- Track leads and pipeline activity in CRM software to drive consistent deal flow
- Conduct market research to help identify new targets and expansion

What We're Looking For :
Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead generationExcellent communication, persuasion, and follow-up skillsStrong organizational skills and CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)Ability to overcome objections and close the deal with confidence and professionalismSelf-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentInterest in real estate, property management, or multifamily housing is a plusCompensation & Benefits :
Pay : $50,000-$57,000 annually , depending on experience (DOE)Commissions : Variable based on hitting goalsLocation : South Jordan, Hybrid in-person (20%) and remote (80%)Benefits Include :
