The position provides consultative support for operations and plays a key support role in promoting the organization’s behavioral health services while helping to uphold quality and compliance standards. This position focuses on expanding community connections, supporting development efforts, and assisting with internal quality improvement initiatives. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for behavioral healthcare and service excellence.

This position will be on-site at our Behavioral Health facility.

Essential Functions

To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Business Development Support

Assist in project management and service line development.

Assist in outreach efforts to community partners, providers, and referral sources.

Maintain accurate records of outreach contacts, meetings, and referrals in the CRM or tracking system.

Coordinate logistics for presentations, events, or tours for prospective partners.

Help create and distribute marketing and informational materials to support service awareness.

Monitor and report trends in referral data and outreach activity.

Compliance Support

Assist in gathering and organizing data related to clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and compliance metrics.

Support quality audits, documentation reviews, and improvement projects as directed by the Quality Manager.

Help maintain quality dashboards, tracking tools, and regulatory readiness materials.

Participate in surveys, feedback collection, and analysis to support continuous improvement.

Help ensure compliance with accreditation and licensing standards by supporting internal quality initiatives.

Qualifications

Education

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related, behavioral health, or business field preferred

Licenses / Certifications

  • None required
  • Experience

  • 2 years of experience in behavioral health, outreach, quality / compliance, or administrative support
