Job Title : Program Coordinator

Job Description

As a Program Coordinator, you will coordinate and monitor the complete MRO lifecycle, from customer intake through repair, testing, shipment, and closure. You will lead quote generation, tracking, and approvals in coordination with Customer Service, Engineering, and Program Management. You will manage internal schedules, material flow, and production priorities to align with customer delivery requirements and support cost tracking and budget visibility in partnership with the Control Account Manager (CAM) or Program Lead. Additionally, you will track and drive closure of action items while maintaining program trackers, documentation logs, and reporting dashboards. Your role will include preparing customer-facing updates, supporting program reviews, and coordinating internally for seamless communication. You will use SAP to manage order status, repair progress, quote tracking, and detailed financial visibility. Maintaining configuration control and ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance throughout the repair cycle will be essential. You will serve as the key coordination bridge between Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, and Program Leadership, driving early or on-time deliveries of all required project / program documentation.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in program coordination, repair management, or aerospace sustainment support.
  • Strong familiarity with MRO workflows and complex quoting processes.
  • Working knowledge of cost tracking, schedule oversight, and risk identification within program environments.
  • Proficiency with SAP, SharePoint, Microsoft Project, and other program management tools.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills; able to handle multiple priorities and interface effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Financial and operational acumen to track repair costs and support budget management.
  • Technical aptitude to understand system-level repairs and compliance requirements.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Certificate or coursework in project management (CAPM, PMP) is a plus.
  • Work Environment

    The position involves working during the evening shift from 2 : 00 pm to 10 : 00 pm, with flexibility as needed. You will be part of a team consisting of Quality Engineers (QE) and other professionals. The future team makeup may include inspectors, a manufacturing engineer (ME), and test technicians. The team focuses on high-processing ruggedized computers for drones and defense.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, California.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $70.00 - $80.00 / hr.
