Chief Operating Officer Benefits and Compensation :
- Target base salary : $225,000 – $275,000

Chief Operating Officer Requirements & Qualifications :
Proven experience in a COO or SVP-level role overseeing at least 15 branded hotel properties and $100M+ in revenueDeep operational knowledge of Marriott, Hilton, and IHG brand standards—with strong industry relationshipsDirect oversight of multi-property operations, financial performance, and strategic growthAbility to step into daily operational leadershipStrong financial acumen, high emotional intelligence, and a collaborative leadership style with long-term visionOpen to relocate to Spokane, WA (package negotiable)Chief Operating Officer Preferred Background & Skills :
