We’re looking for a motivated Showing Agent to join a top-producing real estate team with consistent business and built-in lead opportunities.

In this role, you’ll work closely with experienced buyers agents—showing homes, supporting active clients, and sharpening your skills through real-time experience and superb coaching. It’s a great stepping stone to becoming a full-time Buyer’s Agent, with the structure and momentum to help you grow with confidence.

Compensation :

130,000 yearly at plan

Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis
• Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
• Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer service
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Gather information about potential homes and local communities so you can answer buyer questions
