Key Responsibilities Provide strong technical leadership and oversee the design and implementation of the platform Mentor junior developers and manage input from business and technology stakeholders Ensure delivery of production-ready code while adhering to internal controls Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or related disciplines 6+ years of experience in core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot Experience with web services standards and technologies (HTTP, XML, JSON, REST) Solid understanding of database technologies, SQL, and JPA Experience in SaaS product development and managing a junior developer team
