Our Fontana clinic is growing, and we're looking for a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to support our all-pediatrics outpatient practice. Position Highlights

100% Pediatrics - no adult patients
Outpatient-only - no hospital coverage
Team includes 3 pediatricians and 1 experienced PA
Average 20-25 patients / day (volume may vary with no-shows)
Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends or in-clinic holiday shifts
Supportive environment with strong physician collaboration

Ideal Candidate

Active California PA license , or eligibility to obtain

Pediatric experience preferred

Open to new grads with strong pediatric clinical rotations

Compassionate, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about pediatrics

Compensation & Benefits

CME : 40 hours of paid time off + $2,500 annual allowance

Malpractice coverage provided by the practice

Sign-on bonus negotiable based on experience
