Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Responsibilities :
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms according to OSHA standards
- Fabricate temporary crowns.
- Take dental impressions.
- Ensure patient comfort and maintain a friendly, supportive atmosphere
- Capture Dental radiographs (X-rays)
- Maintain accurate patient records and document treatment notes
- Provide patients with pre- and post-operative instructions
- Collaborate with fellow assistants, front office staff, and the doctor to ensure excellent patient flow and care
