Position Summary :
Soliant is seeking a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support the professional development of three staff members completing their BCBA fieldwork experience. This part-time position will focus on providing BACB-compliant supervision in a school-based setting , while contributing to the growth of ethical, competent behavior analytic practitioners.
Responsibilities :
Provide a total of 20 supervision hours per week , covering three BCBA fieldwork supervisees , distributed as :
1 hour / week of direct supervision
19 hours / week of indirect supervision
Conduct live observations , group meetings , and collaborative sessions aligned with BACB supervision requirements.
Review and provide feedback on supervisee documentation, programming, assessments, and intervention strategies.
Support supervisees with :
Clinical reasoning and decision-making
Professional documentation and data analysis
Ethical practice aligned with BACB and school-based expectations
Maintain accurate supervision records and ensure adherence to all BACB supervision standards.
Collaborate with school administration and interdisciplinary teams to ensure alignment with student support plans and district objectives.
Qualifications :
Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience post-certification preferred
Experience providing BACB supervision and / or mentoring supervisees (preferred)
Knowledge of school-based behavioral supports, functional behavior assessments, and Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
