Operations Manager Compensation and Benefits :

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company, including the departments of Estimating, Construction Project Management, Office Administration, and Marketing. This individual will work closely with department heads to ensure that operational goals align with the company's strategic objectives while driving efficiency and growth
Responsibilities :
Ability to manage and build high performing teamsProvide leadership and strategic direction across all departments to ensure alignment with company goalsDevelop and implement operational strategies to support business growth and operational efficiencyEstablish and monitor performance goals, ensuring departments meet their targetsOversee budgeting and financial performance across departmentsMonitor project costs, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure profitabilityReview job profitably and analyze financial reports pertaining to the mitigation departmentIdentify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial efficiencyEnsure seamless coordination between estimating, construction project management, office administration and marketing teamsStreamline processes to improve workflow, quality and productivityEstablish policies and procedures to maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standardsKnowledge of Xactimate is a benefit to negotiatingEstimating-ensure accurate project cost estimates and oversee bid proposalsCommunicate and negotiate with insurance professionalsAct as the primary point of contact for key clients and stakeholdersDrive client satisfaction and explore new business opportunitiesProject Management-Monitor construction progress, resource allocation, and on-time delivery of projectsAbility to communicate with a variety of customersPlan, organize and manage warehouses, vehicles, inventory, crews and subcontractorsEstablish and maintain client relationshipsOffice Administration-Oversee payroll, HR, procurement and administrative operationsResponsible for leading, mentoring, coaching, and developing department head and employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilitiesPerform exit interviewsConduct performance evaluations of all direct reports and implement employee development programsFoster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvementMarketing-guide marketing efforts to expand business opportunities and build brand presenceIdentify and mitigate potential operational risksEnsure compliance with legal, safety and environmental regulationsAttend all appropriate company meetingsAdditional duties required as neededRequirements :
5+ years’ experience in a management role, preferably in the restoration industryBachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)Xactimate experience is a plusIICRC, WRT / ASD and MRT are preferredStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost controlExcellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skillsProven ability to build, motivate and maintain a high performing teamProven ability to manage multiple departments and large-scale operationsKnowledge of construction industry regulations, compliance and best practicesProficiency in project management software and operational toolsOrganizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks / projectsSelf-motivated, responsible, and accountable. Compensation : 100,000 per year
