Operations Manager Compensation and Benefits :

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the company, including the departments of Estimating, Construction Project Management, Office Administration, and Marketing. This individual will work closely with department heads to ensure that operational goals align with the company's strategic objectives while driving efficiency and growth
Responsibilities :

5+ years’ experience in a management role, preferably in the restoration industryBachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred)Xactimate experience is a plusIICRC, WRT / ASD and MRT are preferredStrong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost controlExcellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skillsProven ability to build, motivate and maintain a high performing teamProven ability to manage multiple departments and large-scale operationsKnowledge of construction industry regulations, compliance and best practicesProficiency in project management software and operational toolsOrganizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks / projectsSelf-motivated, responsible, and accountable. Compensation : 100,000 per year
