The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support to the firm. Our administrative team supports our professional staff with the goal of maximizing efficiency, enabling tax prepares to leverage their time effectively.
During tax season, the admin's duties will consist primarily of assembling tax returns, scanning client documents to our digital filing system, logging tax return status, maintaining the paper file system, organizing staff dinners, ordering supplies and occasional ad hoc projects as needed.
