Key Responsibilities Support hiring across various technical functions within Engineering Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and priorities Manage full-cycle recruiting for non-technical roles and ensure a smooth hiring process Required Qualifications 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in software engineering Experience in a fast-paced environment, such as a growth-stage startup Strong knowledge of ATS (preferably Greenhouse) and sourcing platforms (preferably HireEZ) Collaborative mindset with a passion for building diverse teams Familiarity with open-source communities is a plus
