About the Role :
We are seeking a results-driven Product Manager and Test Lead to support a high-impact CRM platform migration initiative. In this contingent role, you will consult on complex, large-scale product management efforts, contributing to strategic planning and execution. You will play a key role in evaluating multifaceted challenges, ensuring compliance, and delivering scalable solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead product management initiatives with broad organizational impact, focusing on CRM platform transitions (Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Analyze and resolve complex product challenges involving multiple variables, including novel or intangible factors.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful data migration, system integration, and business continuity.
- Define and execute test strategies, including UAT planning, execution, and defect management.
- Oversee data validation and transformation processes using tools like Informatica.
- Align testing frameworks with product objectives to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Partner with client stakeholders to ensure alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
