Overview : Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot, install, configure and maintain workstation and associated peripheral configurations (hardware and software)
Perform IT equipment moves for current employees and new hires
Monitor and report client-level computer system performance
Administer accounts, network rights, and access to systems and equipment
Perform and complete New Hire and Departure Checklist IT Tasks
Baseline reclaimed and new IT systems in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
Be able to enter, update, track and close out all assigned support tickets
Assist with the administration and maintenance of the telephone system, including setup and configuration of phone extensions and telephones, and the telephone database
Assist with Dell warranty part replacements
Track software licenses and physical assets
Analyze and resolve end user hardware and software computer problems in a timely and accurate fashion, and provide end-user training where required
