This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Senior Program Director, you will be responsible for :

  • Driving all aspects of a large, complex cloud hosted informatics application project lifecycle from initiation to closure to realize the business benefits associated with product development.
  • Leading a large project team including a Core Team made up of cross-functional disciplines.
  • Managing substantial project budgets and resources.
  • Delivering on all phase gates of a project including but not limited to quality deliverables.
  • Managing stakeholders including clear communication of progress to governance teams.

  • You have comprehensive training in Project Management disciplines and ample experience in managing complex cloud hosted informatics application product development projects.
  • You have the ability to assess projects against the organizational strategy and project business case to maintain the Project Value Proposition.
  • You have experience working with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies to develop, implement, and manage detailed project plans including timelines, resources, and budgets.
  • You have the ability to analyze project constraints and risks to identify mitigations and opportunities.
  • You have strong leadership and communication skills.
  • You have the ability to relate well and establish credibility with senior leadership.
  • You have strong decision-making skills.
  • You have experience working with external partners and OEMs.
  • You have attention to quality in all activities and initiatives.
  • You have the required knowledge to ensure that project activities comply with FDA and other regional regulatory requirements.
  • Required skills to have for the success of this role :

  • Technical bachelors degree such as in Engineering or Life Sciences required.
  • 15+ years of experience in product development project management with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  • 7+ years of experience in a regulated environment such as the life sciences, pharmaceutical or medical device industries, preferably Lab Diagnostics.
  • Certification in project management.
  • The annual base pay for this position is : Min $179,700 - Max $269,500. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. If this is a commission eligible position, the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and / or company performance.
